What Is the Innovator Founder Visa?
The Innovator Founder Visa replaced the previous Innovator and Start-up visas in 2023. It’s designed for entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas who have secured endorsement from a recognised UK endorsing body.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be 18 or over

- Meet the English language requirement (B2)
- Show personal maintenance funds (£1,270 minimum if not resident 12+ months)
- Be actively developing your business in the UK
